1- Refund Policy for Qipasa
We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on Qipasa, including Pro membership subscriptions. However, by law you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the purchase date without giving any reason. If you exercise this right of withdrawal, we will refund to you a pro-rata amount of the subscription fee corresponding to the period during which you have had access to the product or service.
2- Refund due to an issue
If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to an issue with your purchase outside of the 14-day withdrawal period, you must provide a detailed explanation of why you think you should receive a refund, along with any supporting documentation or evidence. Our team will review your request and determine if you are eligible for a partial refund. Please note that our decision is final, and we reserve the right to deny any refund requests.
